This is the place for careers for the next generation. If you are an employer looking to grow your business with new talent or a young person looking at getting and succeeding in a job then we are here for you. We (Charlie, Natalie and Katia) have been working with young people for...let's just say a long time...with the goal of helping them to find their way in a career they are excited about with employers who are committed to developing talent from a new generation talent pool. Most podcasts are in two sections, the first is for employers, HR professionals, managers etc. who are interested in how to attract, train and retain new young talent. The second is all for young people, with information, advice and experiences on the early stages of careers and things that will help them to succeed. Although this a very important and serious subject we do not take ourselves too seriously.
